Leg night
Reverse crunch 3 sets 15 reps
Single leg extension 1 warm up and 5 sets of 10 reps 75lb
Hip thrust from floor 4 set of 25 reps
Double leg extension 1 warm up and 5 sets of 10 at 150lbs
Single leg kickback from hands and knees 4 sets of 25
Db stiff leg deadlift 4 sets or 15 at 35lb each hand
Calf raise 4 sets of 15 reps at 60lb each hand
Hamstring leg curl 3 sets of 15 rep 50lb
Bicycle crunch 4 sets 15 reps
Breakfast protein shake, 2 hours later another with 1/2 cup steel cut oats soaked overnight in milk and about teaspoon maple syrup
No lunch
Protein shake after workout
Dinner about 12 oz smoked salmon couple tbs teriyaki on top
Before bed another protein shake of the casein slow release
Should be around 250 protein, added mct oil to all shakes today so be almost 60 fat and oatmeal is about 50 carbs
Plenty of water through the day
Probably take tomorrow for rest day but if I feel good may work out.
Have lunch meeting wed and thurs so will have to have something to eat but generally don’t.
