You know, I've noticed how no one ever includes pork in their diets - is there a reason for this that I just can't figure out? I think boneless pork chops are a really good lean meat - it just the salt factor that screws them up a little bit. But the bloating from that goes away in a day.....

We're having porkchops tonight! With sweet-potato fries and apple sauce (I feed a family, remember).

Yeah, I've noticed that too.........I eat it myself, but I've run out & just haven't gotten around to buying anymore lately. But I like it myself.....

I love pork!! Especially pork tenderloin. I only buy it when it goes on sale, though. It's incredibly lean and versatile...

I do like pork chop sandwiches too and they're much more affordable.

3 oz pork loin roast, lean only eaten is 177 cals, 8.16 g fat (2.97g sat, .644g poly, 3.66g mono), 24.24g protein, 0g carb

I like to buy a loin when on sale for $1.99 per lb & place a large piece in the crock pot & cook it till tender then shred it up with either BBQ sauce or a broth/garlic type sauce......Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm
