I normally eat breakfast around 6:45 - 7:00 am
To answer your question, Yes you should be eating after that last protein shake since (I'm approximating here) it's around ~7pm and you don't eat again until ~7am.

Legs,

I have been using all Nautilus equipment except the sled.

Leg Curls (hamstrings)

3 sets of 10 @ 40lbs

Leg Raises (Quads)

3 sets of 10 @40 lbs

Hip Adductors

3 sets of 15 @ 65lbs

Hip Abductors

3 sets of 15 @ 65lbs

Sled

3 sets of 10 90 - 110 lbs
I am thick in my thighs and I am finding that is harder for me to loose inches there. Any suggestions? I am still doing cardio 6 days a week. I know that this helps. I have noticed inches lost in my belly and hips just not thighs.

Pooh's wife, I would personally get away from the machines and and pick primarily from squats and deadlifts, and then supplement with bench step-ups and lunges. Start off by only doing these exercises 2 times a week and be sure to start a little lighter until you get use to the exercises. The new exercises are going to make you sore, so start light and work your way up! :)

I agree with not using machines as much as possible. They're easier, but you'll get a better result with squats, lunges & deadlifts. You'll probably also see the result FASTER!!!! :)

So, about your legs. Do you have a problem with fat that you can't seem to lose, or are they more muscle than fat? If they're more muscle, keep you're weight a little lighter and do higher reps (12-15). If they're more fat, go with heavier weight and 8-12 reps, as building the muscle (in general) will help burn the fat.

More fat then muscle. I know cardio is the best for this. But I need to get into a better routine with my leg workout.
Well, actually, building muscle would be best to burn fat, but cardio is right there too - as long as you don't do too much.

First I would suggest trying to build up your upper body to create somewhat of a balance ... a clean diet with help lower your overall bodyfat.

Up top in DaisyGirl's Sticky, there is a thread on how to make big legs smaller ...

Some good info here ... take a looksy
