My body fat is still the same. I might need to up my cardio more. Should I do HIIT more then 3 times a week?

Breakfast:
1 cup kashi cereal
6oz ff milk

Lunch:
7 baby carrotts
1 small apple
1 can tuna
1 tablespoon mayo

Today is shoulders. Quick question how often do ya'll do legs. What my goal is right now is leaning out and I am doing my leg workout 2-3 days a week.
 
I am having the hardest time trying to find things to eat. I haven't been eating enough calories around 1400 a day. Part of the reason is that I finish up at the gym around 7:15 have my protein shake then go home. By the time I get home put my son to bed and take a shower it is 8:30 and I am not hungry. Should I be eatting after that last protein shake?

Since your last meal seems pretty early to me I would snack on some nuts (not your hubby's) before you go to bed. (almonds, walnuts).

The fat should help trick your body into thinking it's full and fed while you sleep so you don't go to long b/w eating meals. (I'm guessing 9-10 hours?) What time do you wake up and eat breakfast?

What exercises are you doing on leg days AND how heavy of a load are you using??
