I am having the hardest time trying to find things to eat. I haven't been eating enough calories around 1400 a day. Part of the reason is that I finish up at the gym around 7:15 have my protein shake then go home. By the time I get home put my son to bed and take a shower it is 8:30 and I am not hungry. Should I be eatting after that last protein shake?

Since your last meal seems pretty early to me I would snack on some nuts (not your hubby's) before you go to bed. (almonds, walnuts).
The fat should help trick your body into thinking it's full and fed while you sleep so you don't go to long b/w eating meals. (I'm guessing 9-10 hours?) What time do you wake up and eat breakfast?
