Cardio....HIIT. Treadmill, Elliptical...whatever. 20-30 minutes of HIIT to get the metabolism up - preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
Oh...HIIT only needs to be done 2 - 3 days a week and regular steady pace cardio 2 - 3 days a week to make it 5 cardio days. That should be plenty.
 
I'm sure some of the other girls will chime in here soon. I just happen to be the gabby one right now!!! lol
 
Thanks for all of the great information! Working on the diet is the hardest part right now. It is so much easier to go for that protein shake then prep a meal.

What is best for HIIT Elliptical?
 
Your macros look great! :) As far as HIIT you can do the Elliptical (my fave), treadmill, run outside, stepper....whatever you like.
 
I have a quick question. Do you still get a good cardio workout in the evening? I noticed a lot of people doing there cardio first thing in the morning and that is something that I am not able to do. What are the differences in training time?
