IMO a woman's orgasm really is all in the mind. If you are worried or self consious you are never going to relax enough to having an orgasm - orally. You really have to let go, be free, and be intimate with whoever you are with. Its just not something thats meant to be done while you are stressed and worried about how you smell/look/taste Just relax! Who cares what they think! hahaha! Neurologically there is no difference between a clitoral orgasm and a vaginal orgasm because the clitoral tissue is what is responsible FOR orgasm.

I have heard they are supposed to be the same, however if I use just something that stimulates clitoris (like something that vibrates) it does nothing for me actually tickles a bit and turns me off,penetrating devices do the job every time.... maybe Im too sensitive i dont know...
