about a recipe.... here it goes..please let meknow if this is good or not..

1/4 cup rice(white-uncooked)
1 cup skim milk
cinnamon
Equal

what do u think about this...???
ohhh forgot to mention..that i will add 1 scoop of optimum whey protein....(chocolate)mmmmmm

Old Fashioned Rice Pudding
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup Splenda
3 egg whites
2 teasoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups cooked brown rice
1/4 cup raisins
2 teaspoons nutmeg

1.Preheat over to 325 degrees F.
2. In medium mixing bowl, combine milk, Splenda, egg whites, vanilla
and cinnamon. Beat with rotary beater or hand mixer until smooth.
3. Stir in rice, and raisins. Spoon mixture into 6 custard cups or a
glass baking dish. Sprinkly lightly with nutmeg.
4. Place custard cups in a baking pan and suround with hot water and
bake at 325 degreed for about 50 minutes until brown on top. If
using the glass baking dish, just place the dish in the oven at 325
degrees F. for 50 minutes or until brown on top.
5. Serve warm or chilled.

Serves 6.

172 calories
7.49 g protein
33.2 g carbs
1.42 g fat



Still has milk, but it's brown rice. I've also heard of people just mixing brown rice and cottage cheese for a simpler and healthier version of it.
 
hummmm!!! I will try it tonite with the brown rice instead...
Lactose !! I have no problem with it.......or Spatts...is lactose bad when on cuttting diet???? also is equal any good???
Where do I get Splenda???
Sorry for this questions...but somehow I am still new to some of this products

Hey Spatts, what about Lactaid 100 or another Milk brand that does not have lactose in it?
I just use 1% but If lactose is bad when cutting I will make the switch to lactose free mik.

What is your advise?

Spatts, you are just no fun! hehehehe

You can get Splenda at the grocery store. Measures and "behaves" just like sugar, and tastes much better than aspertame but is as expensive AS SHIT.
