I have been bulking for a while (stupid bulking, eating all the wrong stuff. and i did put on muscle, but right now, my body fat is much much too high, i am starting to get the chubby look going on. I am a small framed guy, so i was gaining weight eating around 2500-3000 calories a day, but of hotpockets, pizza, and the ocassional chicken breast. I am 5'7, at 163 right now. My diet is as follows, its just a rough overview since i am not positive of how much i will eat yet.
I will split up my meals into 4 meals at approximately 500 grams each. I will be keeping my diet ultra clean. I will be eating tuna w/ Fat free italian dressing, grilled chicken with FF Italian dressing, egg whites, tuna, plain oatmeal w/ nutrasweet, and 3 protein shakes mixed in water daily. I am also going to throw some veggies in there. I am kind of unsure of my goal, i guess i just want to maintain what i have, but lose a little fat, but no way am i going to cut, because i am still pretty light. My goal weight is at least 185 lean.
