ok guys I need serious help to construct a diet that will be easy to stick to. Right now I dont eat enough times a day and eat 2 huge meals that arent very good for me. I try to square my diet away while on cycle but now that im 31 i need it squared away all the time. Problem is I work 12 hour rotating shifts so if i can prep 3 days worth of food on my days off work that would be great.
