I am wigging the f**k out here. Please lend me a hand someone.

If anyone remembers I posted about being 140 pounds at like 11% bf maybe 2 months ago. Well I went on a bulking cycle and gained 10 pounds. My arms went up from 12.75 to 13.25 and legs up from 19.5 (bird legs I know) to 21.25.

I did not keep eating real huge except for only mabye 6 weeks and now I am eating the regular amount again. I have kept my protein really high though, 120 grams a day, but I am losing ALL my size I gained. WTF?? I dont understand why this is happening. I am still doing the same routine so I cant figure out why I am shrinking. My strengh gains are still higher than before but they are going down pretty bad too.

Please folks some help please. This is really demoralizing me bigtime.

In my opinion 120 g of protein per day is a small amount, in order to protect muscle you need to consume 1.5g per pound of your weight. At 150lbs your protein intake should be at around 225g
I didn't read your last post, but maybe this is a reason.

Hey thanks for the reply nikkita.

What I cant figure out is why I was able to gain that extra beef on that much protein but it dont seem like its enough to keep the size on me. D'ya think there could be anything else I changed to make me shrink?

I was thinking the same thing about the protein. I weigh less than you and I eat more protein every day.... I say increase the protein, but then, I don't know your overall ratios and calorie amounts.

You said your routine has not changed at all. I assume that means your weight routine. How about cardio? Increased/decreased? Changed how you are doing cardio? Changed machine/mode?

Overall eating habits - changed? Ratios still the same? Still the same foods? Same eating schedule (time you eat each meal)? Same supplements? Were you taking any AS (and not now)?

Overall activity level outside the gym - have your daily activities changed? More active, less active everyday?

Sleeping habits - still getting same amount of sleep? Quality better or worse?

Also, stress level - anything adding extra stress in your life? Job changed, problems? Relationship issues? Family problems? Financial problems? (Very personal questions, I know, but additional stress can increase cortisol levels which can inhibit muscle growth).

Only you can know what is different now than before..... Hope things improve for oyu - I'm sure it is frustrating as hell!
