[FONT="]Hi everyone. Since I started using test, I have been pinning in my vastus lateralis and it has been very easy. When I pin a pinch a chunk of muscle, insert the needle, then release the chunk of muscle and then inject. I have been wanting to try other areas such as the gluteus medius (the muscle that pops when you lift your leg to the side) and the pec. My question is would I be able to pinch the muscle the same way I do with my quad or should I just insert the pin without doing that?[/FONT]
