On Sunday I was doing cable curls with too much weight and bad form I assume, and my workout partner approached me from my right side and as I glanced over to him while in the middle of a rep, a shocking pain started in the right side of my upper neck running through my head and turned into a massive headache.. It went away and I was able to lift on Tuesday with no problems. But today (Thursday) it started hurting again on military press but I kept on pushing.. When I moved to incline dumbbell press the pain got so bad I almost passed out..... Shoulda stopped there but my dumbass kept going.. I switched to high rep very low weight instead of my usual 12x5x5x5x5 to 20x18x15x12x10. After the workout the pain continued and when i got home it was so bad I had to find some oxycodone. T killed the pain for a few hours but it's hurting again... No more weight room for me for a long time ;( should I see a md or a chiropractor? I've never experienced a constant pain like this before in my entire life! I Need HELP ASA FUCKING P!
