I'm actually sayin that no supps work- they all suck.
Depends on how you define "work". Creatine "works" but 200 mg of test/week works a *lot* better.
So the best supplement is probably still weaker than the lowest clinical dose of gear.
Creatine just bloats you up. Does it do anything other than that????? Maybe, maybe not. Think you are more likely to train hard when you think you have an edge.
No, creatine is legit. I'm very anti-supplements unless they are creatine or a cleverly disguised oral steroid repackaged as a "prohormone", but those two can produce results.
Still no comparison to even 200 mg/week of cyp tho.

25 gauge was my preference....less scar tissue and quite painless, EOD test Prop/tren acetate injections get old but they're effective.

I'm an ethanate guy. It takes a long time to squeeze-off 2ml even with a 22g needle. I can't imagine 25g -- I'd have to pack a lunch.
I swear by my my milk isolate protein powder....one of the highest quality proteins and reduced unwanted stuff like lactose.

If you're old like me then you should add a Gluco/Chrondroit/MSM supplement.
No doubt, it takes a while but I was injecting in my traps, chest, shoulders and thighs in addition to the standard site. I preferred short esters because I liked short cycles, I have good roid genetics and did two week cycles, something Dan Duchaine advocated back in the day. No need for post cycle recovery and it actually worked for solid gains.
My first cycle was two amps of sten a week for two weeks, I gained twelve pounds and kept ten of it.![]()

Okay well you bought your first supps the year I was born, so I am not going to argue that point. And I would agree that a lot of the shit they push through GNC and places like that are shit. But there are those that I have personally used that work. Protein is a must and its hard to get the protein you need to put on size by eating alone. Case and point week 1 test deca and mosterdrol cycle, protein intake 2g per pound, gained 6lbs. Week two gained 8 lbs. Week three got sick couldn't handle the protein lost 3 lbs. Week four back to 2g per pound gained 6more lbs. So gear does its job when you give the supps it needs to work is what I have learned. You cant say that kinda stuff bro and not be more specific. WHat don't work? Thats like saying all black folks like rap music and all white folks is into Country, just dont hold water like that BRo. Sorry.The first supp I bought was in 1975 a Weider powder called "BIG". I kept buying supps up till 2006.
Yes some protien powders are good and multi vitamins too but now I must bite my tongue, should have left this in C&C.

Creatine is actually well studied. However, I'm sure there are those that benefit more than others depending on natural creatine levels and nat. creatine stores.
Age and diet play a large role, but you can't say all creatine does is bloat you.

I read a long time ago (years) that they believe creatine increased intracellular water which enhances strength and endurance. That's also one of the many beneficial things testosterone does. Of course, test does soooo much more![]()
Plenty of supplements that work. Trust me the pros do use tons of supplements along with their mega doses of aas and other things. It is what it is. Weight gainer works if you cant get 6 square meals per day its great,same with protein powder,glutamine branched chain aminos a good fat burner,a pre work out arginine formula or a post work out formula. I could go on for days.

Gluco/Chrondroit/MSM supplement works pretty good but most people dismiss it because it dont work fast enough for them... It takes at least a month to start getting the effects of this and you should just stay on it. I do have a topical version coming out soon that will give instant effects...

As for two week cycles it may work for some people and it may work at a young age with no pct but its not the norm for anyone... I am willing to bet he changed his mind about this later on in life.. I have noticed Dan Duchaine has did a double many many times on his advice of old.... The guy has been around a long time and he himself has realized he fucked up many many times....

Would this work for an oral like mosterdrol? Very interesting
Orals are a good choice for short cycles but I would never do a cycle without test, I can't explain why but it just solidifies things. If you have to use a longer ester...front load it.

If you are using short esters, there's no need.
I always do an extra 1ml the first time with enanthate.
