the-short-one New member EF VIP Feb 25, 2005 #4 ANPB is higher in protein and fiber. They have the same amount of carbs. Almond butter is higher in total fat, but lower in saturated fat. Calories are about the same. I switch to almond butter every once in a while so I don't OD on ANPB.
