yes. when I saw the thread, I first thought it would be a "customs siezure letter" being received. But to make it past Mr. C and to the local pd. That means - either post office accidentally ripped it open - then notified local pd. Or the source address(if sent domestic) is suspect. Anything international getting passed Mr. C should be home free. I say the post office noticed something - is because I received pinz from a domestic supplier and noticed my packaged had a knife slit - like they were trying to see what was in it.
