ok so because of certain circumstances I will not be able to go to the gym often enough in the next two months to have a good workout routine (I will only be able to make it there at most one time a week). I was wondering if anybody new of any good routines to do in your own home, excercises that dont require weights. Obviously I know of certain ones such as pushups and such, but does anybody know of any routines I could read to get ideas from? Also, how much of my muscle do you think I will be able to maintain over the next two months doing non weighted excercises? Any information/links to info are greatly appreciated. Thanks
