Recently i watched a video where a bodybuilder dude told that there's a safer way to take oral steroids whether dianabol or Stanozolol, and that's to take it sublingually. Keep it below the tongue till its dissolve and gulp down some water later. Really ??

sublingual wont do much since the molecules too big to pass under your tongue so just take it oral and drink some water
