E Euriskan New member Jun 5, 2002 #11 I usually take a couple of days off every 6 months or so, usually around XMas and Memorial days. I think a week off is good, everytime I feel I come back stronger/fuller. If I really need to get into the gym, I will go in and do light cardio.
