The biggest problem with women is they marry men and expect them to turn into fucking Eunich's.

Men marry women and want them to stay the same. The problem is most women are fucking liars and put up a front until they sucker you into marriage.

The WHOLE problem is that men STILL want a sexual, lustful and passionate relatuionship AFTER they get married, for most men thats the best part.. having that with someone you love.

For most women.. those things are just tools they use to attract men and get them to legally commit. Womens biggest crime is that once they get married they dont have to use those tools anymore.. and then they act all pissed and offended when the man seeks that from someone else..

The article is clearly one sided and the response here easily be twisted to be one sided (isn't that the beauty of new reporting?). Imagine someone an article that X% of men will cheat on their wife and destroy their lives and the livesof their children during the course of their marriage. This makes no sense. In your example you cannot twist it around to be one-sided because men AND WOMEN cheat at a fairly similar rate! You can CLAIM that men cheat waaayyyyy more then women, but statistics show that men and women cheat at roughly the same rate.

In Weeks' article you CANNOT DENY THAT WOMEN GET CUSTODY OF THE CHILDREN MORE OFTEN THEN MEN and it is OVERWHELMINGLY in their favour to do so. He is not twisting ANYTHING around because that is TRUE!

Moreover, you CANNOT DENY THAT A WOMAN CAN TAKE A MAN TO THE CLEANERS SHOULD SHE CHOOSE WHICH OFTEN HAPPENS! NOBODY is saying that the man cannot do the same to the woman, but how many men do you know who have taken a woman to the cleaners???

My parents have been married for 38 years, my father forbid my mother to work because he didn't want to look like he could not provide and in doing so he ended up resenting her for it (clearly anyone would, this man has been working 16 hours days for nearly 40 years).

Because of their situation - she should get half of everything. I wish they would divorce and try and enjoy the rest of their lives - it's really quite sad.

Why does she deserve 50%? At the time he "forbade" her to work, she could have ended the relationship right there. She made a choice at that time to stay in the relationship and abice by his rules. She was and is an adult.

This is similar to your "if you have a penis, then don't breed" argument. If she wanted to accumulate some equity in the marriage, she should have either insisted on working or divorced him. What give her the right to half of his shit?

In all seriousness,I'm not going to generalize and agree that ALL women are like this,and all marriages are clever schemes to rob one person and place them in a life of financial servitude,but in my own case,I am certainly living out part of that nightmare.Even though my primary reasons for staying together with my wife are to keep my family together and be a full time dad to my kids,I also am well aware that the court system would absolutely eat me alive in a divorce,and my chances of financial survival would be rough,putting it mildly...I recognize I dug my own grave,and am serving out my sentence with good behavior.I can get parole in about another 10 years.
