Hello all...it's been months since I've been on the board, proably a year! Well I have a question about fats. I eat good about 95% of the time. Physically I feel and look great but I have been reading too much info on nutrition since I have gone back to school. Anyway I eat a 40/40/20 diet but I don't include the oilve oil I use in cooking (in my journal). Now I am not competing yet but would it make a difference if I actually added those calories to my journal? I would still only be at about 1800-1900 kcal. Anyway just wondering of any personal experiences or advice, something to settle my brain from all the READING!!!
