To some extent yes....but in your program you are still hitting lumbars twice per week and heavy at that

If it worked well once.....why change it?

corn, the other day when I was searching for "old school" threads to bump, I noticed the info was kind of spread out over several good ones. Would you be interested in making a compilation thread that we can add to the training methods sticky?
 
It's too much volume for me to gain on, but it looks like fun. :)
