Just an FYI at one point I weighed 207 pounds and was BIG and strong...I never benched 500 though more like 350, but I then stopped AAS and got into extreme rock climbing and caving and dropped to a super shredded 150 so it's within the realm of possibility that the guy was stronger when he was in his late 20's
