Keep telling yourself that, if it makes you feel better.

Hey Okie, what years did you attend OU by the way?

1995-2000

Did you go to OSU? Are you from Oklahoma originally?

dude Okie State is to oklahoma what Texas a&m is to Texas...a second tier program. The cream of the crop goes to OU or TX and OSU and A&M get the left overs with Tech, and North Texas.

IMO Okie State is one step above North Texas and Baylor.

txstrongman-

OSU got their cream of the crop last year. XLK and Brad Girtman, top 2 DTs in Texas, picked OSU over ou and Texas last year. Robbie Reid, top QB in Texas, is going to OSU next year. He told Mack Brown to stop calling him.

While OSU was a second-rate team in the past, Les Miles has us heading to the top. I can see your having a tough time dealing with it.

When it comes to recruiting, OSU is no where near OU or Texas. In the last 3-4 years OU and Texas have ranked in the top 5 teams in recruiting and Texas has been # 1 in recruiting for like 5 years straight. It makes you wonder why they can't beat OU, doesn't it?

I will definitely agree that Miles has OSU headed in the right direction, but that program will never be on the same level as Oklahoma.

The game I wanted most to see was the year OU won the title 2 years ago against Florida State, would have been against Miami.

That would have been one hell of a game for the title. But the BCS fucked Miami that year....

Ok, enough football talk...Back to porn.

I disagree. OSU had 3 freshmen All-Americans and our young talent is on par with any other team in the country. In 2 more years OSU will have a dominant defense to go with our great offense and a Big 12 championship will be a legitimate goal. BTW, our recruiting class last year was a top 15 class and currently it is ranked at #12. Miles is bringing in the players to make OSU a serious contender. Just look at last year, we signed the #1 d-line class in the country and one of the best WR corps. This year we have committments from the #3 QB in the country, one of the top defensive ends in the country (Peterson from Tulsa Union) and every other commitment is a highly ranked player. If you don't think that OSU is on the way to becoming a periennial top 10 team then you are in for a big surprise. Next year will be a reloading year, but then look out for us in 2005 and 2006 espicially.

Surely you aren't implying they recruit better than TX. Mack is a recruiting Genious, hell OKIE will tell you that. It could be our roster is so full at the position we dont need their ass. Dont forget our lineman will pummel OSU DLINE. Good Groef. Are you 2thicks alter for the sports board?bwahahaha

Miles has OSU going strong, but Oklahoma is on a different level than most programs in the country. You can promise this or that for the next few years, but until OSU actually does something besides go to the Cotton Bowl, you don't have a leg to stand on. OSU is a decent team, but how many players for OSU would start right now for OU? Not many. Now, how many OU players would start for OSU? Nearly the whole damn team! OSU has some promising prospects out of OKlahoma, but txstrongman is right. Most of the players OSU gets are from Oklahoma because OU and UT get the nation's best from TX, FL and CA. Trust me, the best players in the country don't generally come out of Oklahoma. Now OSU may throw in a few Top 10 years in the future, but they will never win a National Championship in my opinion and after this year, OU will have its 8th.
