Damned if I know... all I know about cars is that the Nissan Maxima SE/GLE yr 2000 model or greater rules and anyone who disagrees sux.

You should at least go test drive one. You'll be glad you did (maybe you won't be after you see how much it rulz and are forced to buy one).

a friend of mine has a mark VIII and loves it so much he can't stop talking about it and trying to convince all his friends that its the best car ever. you will get luxury and power. my objection is the doors are large and if you are over 100 lbs it can be a tight fit in parking lots. but that is something you could get used to i guess

I am not the biggest Mustang fan but I have to give them some respect. They are not the fastest right outta the showroom but the aftermarket available for them is very good. I have driven a couple and personally I like the way the car feels and is built around you. Of course I am referring to the 8cyl, I wouldn't bother with the 6. The only problem is that they are everywhere.

As for the Maxima I think they are pretty good also, but I would go with the mustang if you are looking for speed. I am pretty sure that it is still about a sec faster then the new maximas. (Not sure though)

my husband has a mustang and I HATE that car! He bought it brand new in 97 and it has been nothing but a peice of shit. And if you care about keeping your neck in one peice if you have an accident make sure you analyze the very poor and uncomforatble seat design. you cannot rest your head on the non-adjustable head rests and see the road properly at the same time.

paint is shit
engine looks and runs like crap
upholstery is cheap feeling
there's a reason the interest rate is 0% they are trying to give away those turds on wheels!

Thumbs down to the mustang. they only look good from the outside....

people, these cars are not for touring, for all practical purposes they are two seaters. THEY ARE FOR RACING.
for 20000 you cant beat it. all it takes is a supercharger for 5K easy and your on your way to smoking the 50K 350HP vette. add it up.
