My diet

1 2 x tins sodium free tuna blended, 2 tblspns flax, water

2 2 scoops whey (50g's approx) and 1 heaped tblspn anpb

3 solid meal - 2 x roasted chicken breasts, microwaves broccoli & flax

4 2 x tins sodium free tuna blended, 2 tblspns flax, water

5 2 scoops whey (50g's approx) and 1 heaped tblspn anpb

6 solid meal - 2 x roasted chicken breasts, microwaves broccoli & flax

Carb refeed ever 3 days, same meals as above but with oats & brown rice with every meal instead of the fats

4-5 litres water ED

Cardio - HIIT for 15 mins eod after workouts, walking for 60-90 mins on other days.

I'm estimating around 2500-2600 cals there, give or take. I'm about 225 and probably 15% ish.. 33" waist looking to get down to 10% in the next 3 months. Please tell me my diet is teh besterest evar for doing this, :heart:
 
i heard creatine can slow fatloss so I would just drop that. why dont you refeed on your workout (weight training) days instead of just e3d? you should get better muscle preservation that way.
