I've been running sust 250/wk. I'm gonna bump it up to 500/wk for 4 weeks. Try to hit 225. I lost mad weight over the last 2 weeks, I started running and that's what started the weight loss. Then I got sick last week and haven't worked out and haven't eaten much
I'm guessing I'm Like...205 or so. Hopefully not that low. I think I can hit 225 easy with 500/wk. I reacted pretty well to 250/wk. So here I go
