I think that page is extremely informative. This is exactly why I am here... to glean concise information on how to reach my goals. I have been lifting for about 6 years... Now I am TRAINING. Big difference between the two I am finding. Every time I read a page like your nutrition page or a post from a vet or mod I'm one step closer to perfecting my program. I don't mean to gush here... but from a newbies perspective... pages like that are exactly what we need.
