OK...Check out my Nutrition page that I just spent an hour and a half writing.

Good job ajc!!
I think that it has a little something in there for everyone? I thought that i new a lot, and some of that was new info to me!! Ketogenic diet>??? Thats a new one for me..

Keep up the good work!!

Good job-

Fruits such as apples, oranges, etc release slowly into the blood stream. Frutose, the primary sugar in apples, has a very low glycemic index.

Thanks again guys...

I'm working on Part III right now. It will talk about how important timing is when it comes to nutrition...It should be up in about 15 minutes.

Great job AJC! That is alot of good info and should be very helpful to alot of people. Thanks again my friend

Very true...kind of.

White rice is lower on the GI than brown rice, and we all know that brown rice burns a lot slower... I think that thing (glycemic index) is more for diabetics than bodybuilders.

The reason that the fructose in fruits releases slower, is that it's combined with all the fiber in fruit. This is not the case with fruit juice...That's why I said fruit juice is not as good of a choice as real fruit, but still better than a candy bar.

Th best natural diet on the planet today
is a Cyclical Ketogenic Diet(CKD).
Its for more advanced users though.
You should write some guidelines for that.

Godspeed

To be honest, I don't feel that I know near enough about it because I haven't actually tried it myself. I think people would be better off reading Body Opus (I believe that's the name of Dan Duchaine's book).

Not that Dan knew more than I do. (that was a joke) :D

I just read it all, great job! There was one problem I found, which was that you didn't put a section for bikini babes j/k

BTW- You could add in notes taken from other people who have used certain cutting/bulking diets with there stats before and after, and what there lifestyle is like so that people can make a more educated decision on what diet would work for them best. This would probably be a lot of work, but it would be nice and I am willing to help if ya need it :D
