2 cups of Egg Beaters, 2 slices of American Cheese...scrambled and ketchup.
1 cup of Rolled Oats, frozen mixed fruit, splenda & Cinnamon
~6 oz of grape fruit juice or something like that.
and a boatload of pills for my morning (lol, yup up a little later than I wanted to be) supp. load.
