I just bought a 1.5 pounds pack of meatballs because they were reduced as part of a promotion. I got home to find I had 1 pound of minced beef defrosted. All I can do is cook the lot and see what's left come tomorrow. I'll be cooking the mince with some onion, carrot and cabbage, maybe a tin of tomato. Should I mention that I'm munching nuts while it's cooking?
I used to be sub-10% BF so I know from experience that this is better.
Had a banana and a bowl of oatmeal with Cerelac and two boiled eggs for breakfast.
Now I'm having another banana followed by tuna in tomato sauce with onions and pasta.
