Keep at it bro, don't get discouraged, modify things and use these pics as a comparison for the next set where you will be leaner because you now know what you have to do...work harder! As far as legs go, have to shock the fuck out of them...drop sets as painful as they are, low reps...heavy as fuck, and do not perform cardio on leg day...they need to have their own day. You are looking good, have you or your trainer thought about IF? Trying it right now and will give it a week at a time to see what kind of results I will get, but you are getting ready for a show next month? Get to work, stay focused, and you will get there...doesn't it seem on the day you take progress pics that you never look as good as you did the day you see yourself in the mirror and say...damn I need to take pics? Thats how I felt with mine yesterday lol!
