5-8 rep range for Front Squats, 5 sets.
3-5 rep range for Back Squats, 7-10 sets.
8-10 for Leg press, 6 sets.
That right there is your leg workout. Alt Ft and Bk squats each session as to which one you do first, follow with Leg press.
