5-8 rep range for Front Squats, 5 sets.
3-5 rep range for Back Squats, 7-10 sets.
8-10 for Leg press, 6 sets.
That right there is your leg workout. Alt Ft and Bk squats each session as to which one you do first, follow with Leg press.
Go heavy bro and you will explode. I assure you, you really will.

Nice...front squats are the shit, I like to switch between front, back, hack, and seated...we have some old school Icarian leg equipment at Powerhouse that always keep leg days interesting and fun...in the midst of severe discomfort...go heavy or go home.

Supersetted with one hand cable pulls twisting as you pull?

That is just an outline. I honestly can't even think of all the other things he had me doing. It is non stop balls to the wall for an hour. He is setting weights and there is maybe 15sec rest between sets.
Oh yeah and prior to this 45 min cardio treadmill LISS.
