Today's workout- Chest and Abs
Warm up, Chest Press on Machine-
1x15-120
1x15-130
1x15-140
1x15-150
Incline Barbell-
1x10-135
1x10-185
1x10-205
1x10-225
1x10-245pr
Flat bench dumbbell and fly presses combined. This is done in 4 sets of 40. Fly press 10, Flat press 10, Fly press 10, Flat press 10. No stopping until complete.

1x10 fly 1x10 flat 40 drop on last half to 30 1x10 fly 1x10 flat

Doesn't look like alot of weight but these are freaking killer!!!!!!!!!

Dosages today- 250 Test E, 300 Eq. 50mgs Sarms S-4. Started something new today on a recommendation from someone whom I trust and value their opinion. Gatorade last 10 min of training with 5mgs Creatine, BCAA, and 20g Whey Isolate. As long as I dont bloat to bad off of this I will continue this through out the rest of my training until cut.

Dude drop that gatorade it's loaded with sugar i think its 14 grams

See bro this was my initial thought as well. However it was recommended for the quick blast of simple sugar post workout. Thoughts?
