blueberries and ANPB is my fav combo, but can't eat PB with my current diet. brown sugar usually works for me. bored with it though. a little bit of cinnamon.

what do you guys put on yours for taste? i know desmond mentioned to me he uses cocoa and splenda.

Lately I've been using Quaker Weight Smart cinnamon flavor oats. Two pouches and a cut up granny smith apple, extra cinnamon, and a splash of milk. Good stuff!!!

I usually use Old Fashioned oats with either frozen blueberries are raspberries.

Ah bro I saw this thread and thought I had just the thing but I just read u cant have PB :(

Well anyway I was gonna say this is usually what I have

Oats in a bowl like cereal but put ANPB in and mix the oats around with it so it sticks and make clusters, then blueberries and mixed dryed fruit especially tropical fruit ie papaya and mango tastes nice...

yeah em, ive been doing the oats with anpb for a couple of years. ill try experimenting more. sleep is fucked up now. gotta try and self-medicate with melatonin to fix my sleep schedule.

damn. I eat it just plain. Maybe I'll try and add some sugar free maple syrup tomorrow. I have splenda too. Usually I'm so in a rush in the morning i just gobble everything down though.

My morning meal I just put cinnamon and a little splenda maybe a splash for 2% milk. I have a shake/cashew meal that I grind them up with a coffe grinder and add to the powder put a little cinn and crushed up graham crackers for flavor.

You could always make protein pancakes with the oats if you are not a fan of eating them cooked.

1/2 cup egg whites
3/4 cup oats
1/2 scoop protein powder

Mix up and fry with some pam.

Nice and easy.

You can get really creative with these.

Nice! Thanx sessa.
I'm gonna try these tomorrow.

I usually just throw some blueberries in my oatmeal. Never tried it with NPB though, hmm...

I usually add in a tsp of cinnamon and some extra splenda into the batch, tastes amazing.
I even put that with chocolate protein powder.

You can blend up the ingredients if you want a more pancake consistency.

If you want more protein in your meal then in a separate bowl, mix 1/2 scoop protein + a bit of water. Stir and use that as the sauce over top.

My favorite is:

1/2 cup egg whites
3/4 cup oats
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder

on top after cooked.
tbsp natural peanut butter
the protein sauce

SO yummy :)

I eat them plain. yum.

With my oatmeal I use, water, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, 1/4 tsp salt and stevia. Sprinkled with organic flax seed.
I'm totally in love!

I use a 1/4 cup of chopped dates, have been for years they taste great and you can buy them already chopped with a little added sugar.

Ok I have one for you:

Then add
1/2 cup LF cottage cheese
and fruit- banana, raisens, strawberries, etc...

I know the cottage cheese sounds gross but it is awesome!

I have added cinnamon, natural PB and LF cottage cheese to it and its pretty good

I just starting doing this one with my oatmeal.

1/2 cup of oatmeal
1/2 cup of fiber one original cereal
1/2 cup of blueberries
cinnamon
and maybe some almonds

i eat em plain as well. instant oat taste horrible in my opinion. after youve tried steel cut oats, youll never go back. lol. it takes me about 45 minutes to make but it last me the whole week, i just put servings in to ziplock bags and freeze them. i also add a few tsp of cinnamon while its cooking. has that nutty oat taste, ive been eating it for the past year and love it.

I just tried steel oats. They were ok, for the mess I could easily make sunnyside up eggs.

And the range once they boiled over! Damn I can do without all that. But thanks for all the info guys!

I actually mix in some cheerios or grapenuts, gives 'em a great taste and adds texture. I don't have much of a sweet tooth at all but from time to time i'll also add some honey or 4-6 dark chocolate chips.

i like to through a scoop or two of protien into my oatmeal and mix it up, also with pancakes and stuff like that, may be overkill on daily protien but i like it!

I just tried that this morning. Wow was it horrible lol. I will say after adding cinnamon and a spoon of splenda brown sugar it was pretty good!

I put them in a blender, turn them to powder, add a scoop of strawberry whey, and down it like i would a normal shake. Tastes okay, might get some chocolate whey especially for breakfast time though.
