Weight: 170 lbs

Overall Goal is to add as much lean mass as possible.

Macro-nutrients Start:

TDEE + Surplus = Gains

2684 + 400 = 3084

Here comes the fun.
I have been lifting for 5 years and Hardcore dieting since I started. That means writing down everything I eat and pick up, except for my GF.

This is my First Cycle, I want to do it right, so please critique. Thanks

Cycle: STARTING April 29, 2013!

Weeks 1-12: Test E 250mg x 2 per week.
Weeks 1-12: N2Guard for Lipids 4 Caps ED
Weeks 4-12: Black Lion Formestane 2-3 Pumps ED
Weeks 5-12: HCGenerate 2-3 Caps a day.
Weeks 12-14: HCG 500iu's 2x per week.
Weeks 13-18: Unleashed/Post Cycle Combo
Weeks 15-18: Clomid 50mg ED, 25mg ED, 12.5mg ED, 12.5mg ED.

Other Medications I take:
Advair
Pro-Air HFA

I would get Adex or aromasin for on cycle and keep the formastane for pct.. I ran a similar cycle and the forma wasn't enough to keep my bloat down even at 20pumps a day.

Very nicely researched and planned. I like the accent on your diet as this is always the key to getting the most out of any cycle and training in general. I agree with the formastane for the 2 week cruise and then into PCT. I think 25/25/25/25 would be good for the Clomid. I see you taper down, but 50 might have you a bit teary.
 
n2gaurd is kind of a waste without an oral and using the forma instead of adex may work depending on your sensitivity to estrogen. Hcgenerate on cycle why? Id save it for pct. 50mg of clomid is perfect for 4 weeks

And I'm trying to stay away from Clomid as much as possible. I'm almost tempted to not take it at all and just use the Unleashed/Post Cycle Combo for pct.

Thank you guys for the information on Adex and aromasin. I'm going to see which one will work best for me and Ill save the formestane for post cycle.
 
Hcgenerate works great on cycle. Clomid will be fine at 25mg
 
I also like how particular you are with the diet. It definitely makes or breaks a cycle. Good luck bro

Okay guys! Starting Monday! Everything is the Same except I will be replacing the Formeron with Adex. Not sure how I am going to dose the Adex, but I will just see how my body reacts to the test for the first week.

Will get some pictures up soon too

Tuned in for lift off. How will you be tweaking your workouts for on cycle? I'm a week in and have already started increasing my sets per body part. Check out my log as well. It's time to kill this shit!
 
I think you could of put on 10 more pounds natty before starting, and you're expecting to put on 22 lb while reducing bf by 1% on a test only cycle? Your expectations are wayyy too high, you need to be more realistic, i think 10lb of muscle while staying at same bf is a more realistic goal, and thats still hard to achieve (ofcourse im talking about keepable gains after pct).

Anyway, good luck with your cycle my friend.

Also I'm not looking to gain 22 lbs lol. Only about 10-15 maintaining my body fat. Im at roughly 157-158 lbs right now so that's only 12-13 lbs I want to gain to reach 170. I always set my goals a little higher than what they should be. I don't think I will be disappointed with more or less with this cycle.

lol, my math was way off, i thought you meant 180.. shit.. yeah man, you can defiantly reach 170 with no fat gain if you eat right and work your ass off, heres a tip do atleast 10-20min cadrio 3 times a week to stay lean while slowly eating more calories, if you're in a caloric surplus everyday and do no cardio you'll gain some unwanted fat, its much better to do cardio and eat more food, this way your metabolism will be high and the calories will be used much more efficiently for muscle growth, on cycle this will be enhanced so take advantage of it.

I'll be watching this thread if i dont slack off.

Today is Day one! Nervous but that is alright. Just got my Adex in the mail. I will start dosing at .12 mg EOD and increase from there as I see fit.

Will pin around 5 pm Eastern Time. Ill keep you guys updated on how it Goes. ;)
 
First pin went in nice and smooth. A little bit of pip a few hours later but nothing alarming. Did it in my right leg.

Worked out chest and triceps today. Ate all my food.

Time to grow! :)
 
Time for my second injection today. Last one left my crippled, so bad I couldn't even walk to my fridge. It was my left leg in the outer quad muscle, it swelled up around the injection area and my kneecap. No redness though. Had to call out from work, as its a job that requires me to be on my feet all day.

Ordered some filtered grapeseed oil, going to dilute my test a little bit with this and try shooting my glute instead.

Okay so I did my 4th injection in my other quad, tried diluting the oil down with some sterile grape-seed oil, and I was once again crippled. Couldn't even walk yesterday, and was running a high temp. I need some help guys, I've had a miserable first two weeks and can't keep going like this.

The Test is Test E 300/ml.
I am using 25 gauge 1 inch for quads. And I am using a 23 gauge 1 1/2 inch for glutes.
I wipe the top of my vial with sterile alcohol wipes, and the sight where I will be injecting.
Last shot I diluted the test with grape-seed oil like this 1:0.25.
I have warmed up the vial in hot water before drawing up.
I put a heat pad on area for an hour after injection.
I always change needles before injecting, never used the same needle that I drew up with.

I'm injecting 0.75 ml of my test e so I get 250mg twice a week on Monday and Thursday.

It is a UGL. But I have no signs of dirty gear because I have not gotten any redness or Abscesses. Just some swelling in injection area.

These are all virgin muscles, but I just don't think the pain should be this bad. Its affecting my workouts, social life, and eating.

Please give me some feedback Gentlemen.
 
Probably just suspended in shit oil. That and virgin muscles are a cocktail for PIP.
 
Yeah I'm scrapping it. I feel really terrible, like my body is trying to fight off an infection.

Hang in there Oatmeal. Just switch to a different lab and you will see how painless in can be. Like stevemi said, chalk it up to the learning curve. Keep us posted as to your progress.
 
There is a thread here where someone had really bad pip and they put the vial in the oven to evaporate some of the BA.. that might help you

Good luck man looks like you did some reading. You could postpone until you put on some more mass natty but you will do well regardless.
 
Okay Fellas, I threw out the old gear I had and got some new Vials in today. It's been a rough first two weeks, but now I am ready to kill this shit.

I got me some
Test Cyp 250mg/ml

I missed Monday's injection but no biggie, I will be pinning tonight and continuing what I started!

Also upping the dose to 600mg a week.

By the way, I am up to 160 lbs, but I am sure it is just the extra calories I've been eating.

Strength is the same.

Ill keep you all posted :)
 
Hey Guys! Well my New gear is working like a charm, still had a little bit of pip, but hell it was nothing compared to what I was experiencing with the other stuff :).

Just shot my Delt today, will see how it goes (virgin muscle)!

Up to 161 lbs right now. And I'm happy to say all my weight in the gym has gone up too. I'm pushing Plates and dumbbells I have never done for 8 to 10 reps.

Keeping my calories up to around 3000 with 70fats/275carbs/300protien.

Sex Drive is increased, balls are smaller.

I decided to start doing dead lifts again, have a back injury from a while ago. Great Back and Bicep workout Yesterday.

Deadlifts 225 lbs x 5 x 5 x 5
One Arm Dumbbell Rows 70 lbs x 10,12,10
Seated Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns 165 x 10, 155 x 8, 155 x 8
Bent over Barbell Rows 115 x 8,10,8
Tbar Rows Burn out 135 lbs
Chin Ups 8,8,6
Barbell Curls 80x8 70x10,10 50x10
Reverse Front Bicep Curls 50x8,40x12,12,10

Massive Pump! :)
 
Nice job brother, way to face and overcome your fears. It will be smooth sailing from here on out. Virgin muscles will get used to the pinning and then your soreness will be very minor and not worth noting. Keep hitting it hard!

Thanks Bulldog! Yes it was a rough first two weeks, but I pushed through it.

Chest Workout was great today! I used to only be able to do 195 flat barbell bench maybe 4 times on a good day. Today I did 205 x 8 :D.

Flat Barbell Bench Press 205 x 8, 185 x 8, 165 x 12
Incline DB Bench Press 80x6, 70x8, 60x10
Decline Barbell Bench Press 135x10, 185x4, 135x12
Machine Flys 30x8, 25x10, 20x10
Dips 90 lbs burn out x 3
Overhead DB Tricep Extension 50x12, 50x10, 40x12
Cable Tricep Pulldowns 50x8, 40x15, 30x12, 30x12

I have not started taking my adex yet, i don't know really when I should start, not noticing any high E sides.

161 lbs.
 
Nice oatmeal. Just be strict with your form when it involves lower back. It is worth using a small camera to check your form so you don't hit anymore road blocks. Enjoy the struggle!
 
The goal of an ai is to avoid getting the sides, not just to treat them when they appear. Start the ai now.

Hey Guys! Well Coming to End with my cycle. Am Very happy with the results and strength gains I received. I made it to 170lbs exactly.

Here are my weight increases:
Bench: 185x4 -----> 225x7
Leg Press: 540x10 ------> 720x12
Leg Extension: 155x12 ----> 205x12
Barbel Bicep Curls: 65x12 -----> 100x8
Deadlifts 225x8 ----> 300x5

I got a special treat for you all.

As you read in the the beginning of my thread I had a bad start with the original gear I had bought. I switched it out with a different source.

Here is what I ran
600mg Venom Test E for 14 weeks.
HCGenerate @ 5 a day.

The HCGen made my bawls stay nice and plump the whole time. I felt great on it.

Here is my blood work at the end of my cycle. This test was taken 16 hours after last injection.

My Estrogen is High, as I had a hard time finding my adex sweet spot. Ill try and get this lowered before my PCT.

Good to hear man awesome gains! I'm guess it wasn't transdermal? Correct?
 
1 week off from the test, dropped a few pounds look much leaner. Strength is still increasing!!

Taking another week of HCG and starting PCT Soon. Also still on hcgen
