Guys, do any of you use Oatmeal as your main source of Carbs while dieting? I was thinking of giving it a try because it's cheap, an excellent source of slow burning Carbs, and keeps me full, too. What do you think???
I always start off my day with oatmeal and applesauce. I try and keep carbs minimal after that, not much of any carbs except cottage cheese and a low carb wrap with my tuna.
You tell him that whole wheat bread is junk, yet you reccommend white rice and white potatoes....LOL.....they are just as bad, if not worse.....whole wheat bread is a fine cars......no hydro. oils.....organic........
