I've heard people had success with this if you can afford it, with the main goal of fat loss with a caloric deficit (maybe even cals that are too low you may end up sacrificing LMB??) Can't say for sure though ...
However I do think for a weightlifter or someone incorporating a decent weight training program, it wouldn't offer enough protein or cals ...
You considering trying it? If so,, please tell us why? Convenience?
