Not a poll, but...

Does anyone else try to divide their training time fairly equally between upper/lower body? I read over and over and over these 4 day splits with 3 days of upper body work and 1 day for legs. Curious...

Okay, so pretty much it is a poll :D

In a sense I do. I train calves twice a week on non-leg days. So, if you add 2 to 1, then I train lower body three times per week, whcih is actually more than my upper since I only train 5 days a week. But, really, you can't train legs as much since there are so many more upper body muscles than there are lower body muscles.

very true. But i think lower body suffers when only trained once a week. Some people train twice a week and see good or better results than the people who only train it once a week.
