No b/s replies.. Question concerning eggs ?

just throw whole eggs into the blender with your protein powder, I eat12 eggs a day when trying to put on weight, most of which are raw whole eggs and have never had any problems with getting sick or anything like that, easiest way i can think of to increase cal's and protein

Olive oil in protein shakes can add calories FAST, and doesn't taste bad.... 1 Tblspn is 120cals, and you can put 3 in a shake without barely noticing it..... Word of caution, Olive oil in shakes will increase your "shitting effect", which is good for most..... Just start with 1 Tblspn untill your body gets used to it.....

After force feeding myself a minimum of 2 cans of tuna/day for 3 yrs in a row, anything is better than trying to choke it down out of the can with a fork. I wonder if using a beer bong would make it even easier?

I'm with you Cracker.... I did the same thing for years, can't stand the stuff anymore..... For a while I was putting it in a bowl, and added mustard to it.... At 1st, it seemed to help alot, but then it got more annoying then ever.... I get nauseous just thinking about it.... YUCK>>>>

What's really funny is that the protein fart powders available in the 80's(pre MetRx era) didn't taste much better, and were equally as clumpy and difficult to swallow. lol I would've sold my soul for a Detour Bar back then.
