Hi im MM107's GF. He told me about this place and there are some nice people around here so ill share my journey with you all. I hope to get some good feedback from you ladies! Thanks so much!! Heres my pics, Ill try to update daily, if not every couple days. Thanks Everyone!

Routine:i try to eat 5 small meals a day & workout at the gym.

Daily Diet Looks Like: for breakfast i would eat oatmeal, have a yogart by noon, have a sandwich or a frozen diet meal for lunch, & then dinner i would have chicken with vegetables .

Goals: i would still like to drop some more body fat but i want to be alot more toned. my boyfriend preaches about diet so i know what a good diet looks like.

Looking forward to reading your log......Might want to try & add some protein to your morning meal such as egg whites or a protein shake.....check the yogurt you are eating for how much sugar is in it & maybe switch it for cottage cheese & a few nuts or a piece of fruit & some nuts....And I'd suggest getting in some more green veggies!!

wow, guess i ventured into this forum on the right day. I dont see anything wrong with your body, but since you do, it should not take long to reach your goals becuase you have an excellent figure IMO..
 
Welcome! You have a great base to begin with. I agree with your man not much to change really but maybe adjustment to the diet and a little muscle...You look great already! Good luck!
