So the last couple of nights I've woke up in the middle of the night and I've been SO hungry! More than usual. I ignored it but it was hard because the hunger was overwhelming! DOes this happen to anyone and should I eat something or have some almonds by my bed? I have my last meal at 7:30pm and go to bed about 10pm.....do I need to sneak in another meal before bed? I also wake up in the middle of the night really thirsty and have started leaving water by my bed. It's frustrating since it make me have to pee all n ight long...........
