Just wanted to thank you guys for all the help I have read here. I have been reading here for about a year and started training a few months ago and i am seeing some good gains for the amount of time I put in. I ususally only lift a couple times a week, 1 day heavy and one day lite. I know its not much but I just don't have time to do anymore. I am 31, weigh 190, bench 285 now which is up about 60 lbs from a couple months ago. In high school I was a 315 lb bencher and I weighed 170- 180lbs, when i was in 7th grade I did 210 on free weights, which was more than most seniors could do. I came from a town of less than 1000 so there wasn't much competion.
