hey guys i am new to the boards,sort of.i have been watching for about a yr. now,but just now decided to get involved on the discussion. i have learned alot of valuable info from u guys. i personaly beleive the most intelligent people are on this site, and i have checked out a few others also. i have been lifting for about 7 yr. and been 'supplementing' for about 5. i am first and foremost a martial artist,but a dead serious lifter.i hope i can be an intregal,and helpful part of this great web site............
