Any advice on diff waus to make chicken and fish differrnt?

Ie ways to cook, seasonings, etc.

My fiance always bakes tilapia from sams. Can you pan sear it?

I'll be doing a chicken video there soon enough... I'm not a huge fish fan... but the "salmon" club house seasoning with tilapia or any other white fish is great!

- Place your tilapia fillets on baking dish.
- Season with Club House Salmon spice
- Bake in the oven for 12 - 15 minutes, or until the tilapia is flaked, or cooked through

Done deal!
