It's a pretty amazing book, shows all the muscle fibers.
Let me check - there's a website I think - it might have photos.

I have that book - I am quite pleased with it.
 
I just noticed that arms and shoulders are missing from this book... why wouldn't they have included everything?

Sneaky actually.
He has another book where everything is covered - that one is just for women as in showing the differences.

I totally forgot about that until you just mentioned it. :worried:
