That is really awesome for you ! Dec 05 @ 227lbs, 27% bf and now, 24 lbs & 10% BF lighter.

How is that tire about your belly? Almost gone? Seeing your progress esp in a 'problem area' for you can be a motivating force.

You can stock up on things like sesapure & Glucorell from the af store when eating excess cals on a cheat day, and the glucorell with help with the carbs. And make sure to drink more water too, even if you feel like you are going to float away from the bloating & tightness, the increased water intake will help.

I would not be ok with a cheat day. Cheat meal yes, but the whole day and I feel like a bloated piece of crap. I understand it may be hard for some, or maybe once in a while go all out, but I usually will save that for when I reach my goal and be sure to have my supps & water bottle on hand in case of a food emergency :D

Great job! :D Keep posting your updates, it helps motivate more people than you realize.

Yeah, the whole cheat day I think needs to go. Because I do feel like a big piece of crap after I'm done. Cut it down to one cheat meal.

I think I'm going to order some sesapure & Glucorell to help me out when I'm not right on with my diet. If I'm going to cheat, I guess I should make the effects as minimal as possible.

And as of right now, I'm downing about 2gals of water a day right now. I feel like a water bed, but I'm never dehydrated heh.

As far as the tire goes, it's still there. But I can now flex my abs and I can see them move the skin and the tire with them :) So that's a start!

I still have a few months to go until Jamaica. So I have my fingers crossed. Maybe I'll throw up some pics soonish.

Cut it down to one cheat meal. **Even though 2-3 days later things seems to go back to 'normal' I think losing the day & opting for a meal instead will help GREATLY for you to rid some excess fat, while keeping some sanity.

I still say go higher on your cheat days or days you know carbs/sodium intake will be 'high' i.e. day of & day after ... even with alcohol consumption, water often

Your body underneath seems to go first, then it expects skin to pay catch up, which can take some time. Sounds like you have plenty of time to clean up the diet, limit the cheats and let clean eating do it works on tighening up that skin.
