That is really awesome for you ! Dec 05 @ 227lbs, 27% bf and now, 24 lbs & 10% BF lighter.
How is that tire about your belly? Almost gone? Seeing your progress esp in a 'problem area' for you can be a motivating force.
You can stock up on things like sesapure & Glucorell from the af store when eating excess cals on a cheat day, and the glucorell with help with the carbs. And make sure to drink more water too, even if you feel like you are going to float away from the bloating & tightness, the increased water intake will help.
I would not be ok with a cheat day. Cheat meal yes, but the whole day and I feel like a bloated piece of crap. I understand it may be hard for some, or maybe once in a while go all out, but I usually will save that for when I reach my goal and be sure to have my supps & water bottle on hand in case of a food emergency
