What are your goals? Are you looking to cut or bulk?

I'm not the diet expert but I do know that the guys on this site can really help you out - but they gotta know what you are looking to accomplish.

Well, I'm no expert either, but two of your meals are only peanut butter? Might want to add some protein to that. Your last meal is only an apple? Fuit is better to have for breakfast (along with some protein) or after a workout (also with protein). Also, your meal of just cereal is probably not ideal. Go with lean meats (fish, chicken, lean beaf), veggies (salad, broccoli, green beans), complex carbs (brown rice, oats, sweet potatos), and some good fats (olive oil, fish oils, natural peanut butter).

If you want to cut up, I would drop the milk - too much sugar for my liking.

When are you lifting and doing your cardio? You need to plan your post work out meal around this.

And yes - breakfast is very important.

Others on here can build a diet up for you - I'm not very good at doing that for others. But some basic advice:

1) Calories In < Calories Out
2) Eat enough protien - 1 gram per pound of lean body mass is a good rule of thumb.
3) Control your insulin. The only time you may want a small insulin spike would be just after your lifting.

Eat some protein before bed. It won't affect fat loss if you stay within your caloric limits for the day, but it will help to prevent catabolism.
