Hi again...
I wonder if anyone had any advice on a sensitive subject...remember when I said I have obesity in my family. Well my mother was up to 300 lbs and through the Aitken's Diet has lost an amazing 88 lbs so far.
Although she is really happy that she is finally moving in the right direction her dramatic fat loss in leaving behind some rather saggy skin in places. Like her upper arms and stuff. Is there away to get rid of that besides surgery? Would lifting help?
Spatts where you have done some personal training, you must have seen this before. Have you? What do you think is the way to take care of something like this...?
Please advise.
