New routine

Starting 5 x 5 on Monday:

Chest/tris (monday)
Back/Bis (tues)
Shoulders (wed)
Legs (thurs)
Fri=Sunday - rest

Does this workout sound OK - and if so - were would I add shrugs - and does anyone do wrist curls?
 
when i was doing the 5x5 [or any other workout with higher volume] i never liked to go to the gym more than 3 days in a row. I would suggest taking wed. off and pushing shoulders and legs up a day.

Also, this is more of a personal thing, but i like to do my legs on monday cause i try to prioritize them and i like having the weekend to relax and de-stress before i hit them up hardcore style.

doesnt sound good to me.

i think you should have no more than 2 consecutive days lifting.

in other words, if you work monday and tuesday, take wed. off.

come back thursday and friday, then take sat. off.

4 days straight and doing major muscles like that???
