New program idea, please critique

About the rows one thing wouldn't that be too much like too close together that means I'll be rowing light on monday some more tuesday maybe a lil heavier and then thursday light again and friday row again. I don't think that'll work if I do them on leg days. Plus a while back when I tried them on leg days I got flamed for doing it since it's part of the bench i should do them on bench days. But thanks for trying to help I see I have to cut down on them a little bit.
ok, now that i think about it, I really dont do 4-5 sets of 3... here is what I did yesterday.. went up to a set of 3RM, then backed down to 2 sets of 5RM, next week will try 2 sets of 3, but yea not 4-5 sets of a 3RM! That is too much...again this is not written in stone, but thats what I feel is working good and will work for you too...but if your program now is working, keep using it ;)
 
Well until I'M COMPLETELY SURE of what I wanna do until I get my workout all down I'm gonna give speed bench another try with lower weight. Thanks for the ideas though I might just skip one day DE bench and do 2 sets of 3RM or so.
